Sawing and cutting

2 gang saws and 1 single-blade for cutting raw blocks into slabs
The multi-blade gang saw and single-blade allow marble and stone blocks to be sawn into slabs from 2 to 20 cm thick and more. This first transformation stage is crucial to reveal the beauty and veins of the material.

1 horizontal diamond wire for precise, custom cuts
The diamond wire guarantees millimeter precision while optimizing cutting. This technology enables economical cuts that preserve the raw material as much as possible, particularly suitable for thickness sawing.

1 large disc for creating massive elements up to 50 cm in height
The large disc is specially designed to cut thick elements, up to 50 cm in height. This capacity allows the manufacture of massive and imposing pieces such as pillars, solid basins and any other large architectural element. Ideal for projects requiring robustness, exceptional volumes and a high-end finish.

1 slab polisher for slabs and tiles
The polisher is designed to finish slabs and tiles with great precision. It has an automated system that allows slabs to be placed in “book-matched” configuration using a robot, ensuring optimal results.

It offers the following features:

  • Processing of slabs up to 2.10 meters wide
  • Calibration of tiles up to 1 meter wide
  • Surface finishes: honed, polished or brushed

Cutting and shaping

4 cutting machines offering great flexibility in slab shaping
The cutting machines allow slabs to be cut to your exact dimensions. This flexibility enables them to meet all demands, from standard formats to the most complex custom pieces.

Precision technologies

1 CNC machining center for high-precision machining
The 3-axis numerically controlled machining center is the technological heart of our workshop. Equipped with software compatible with DXF files, it enables:

  • High-precision recesses and cuts
  • Molded and complex profiled edges
  • Engravings, inscriptions and decorative patterns
  • Custom technical part machining
  • Faithful reproduction of antique pieces

1 waterjet cutting machine ideal for complex cuts
High-pressure waterjet cutting enables complex shapes, curves, and precise recesses without thermal stress or vibration. Perfect for countertops with recesses for sinks, cooktops, or decorative cuts.

1 finishing workshop to enhance every piece down to the finest details
It is in the finishing workshop that our team adds the final touch to each achievement. Manual edge work, quality control, assembly, invisible bonding: every detail matters.
